Good staff, big size room, located in front of a bus stop. Room with big closets.

The apartment at Serviced-Appartements-Josefstadt was spacious and clean, with a nice kitchen that included a Nespresso coffee maker. I enjoyed the convenience of having cooking facilities and the ease of picking up the key. The location was also good, with good access to public transport.

Everything here felt good, it was a wonderful stay during holidays. Its central location was convenient to a neo - Gothic style church...

Great value for the price, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. Close to trams and also within reasonable walking distance of underground station. Taxi stand right outside.

Use of the washing machine required a token which one needed to get from reception which was only open from 9am to 12.

I like the quietness and the size of the room. But mostly I like the kitchen where I can prepare some of my favourite food and the supermarket is just around the corner. All in all it's close to the city centre and the staff is very friendly.

They should provide a 24 hours reception service or at least from 8am till 10pm because I had a hard time trying to reach the reception as the door is always locked with no one to help me with my queries.

The location is good. Everything is nearby by foot and taxi station is in front of the door. Rooms are enough large and clean. Will stay again.

Wi-fi coverage is not so good and the basin in the bathroom didn't work well.

It was no wireless coverage in the rooms, only very poor signal near the Reception Desk.

Great location, well-connected to the city, comfortable beds and showers, fridge for convenience. Fan provided during heat wave. Two grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Easy access to city attractions by foot or tram. Helpful and friendly staff. Laundry room available.

Its a little bit tricky to find cause the entrance is located on a small side street - small entrance with a small sign - easy to miss!!!

Staff was helpful and location was excellent, just a few steps from a tram stop.

We had the opportunity to visit the historic Josefstadt Theatre, which was just a short walk away from the apartments. The bright and spacious apartments were accessible by lift, making it easy for us to navigate with our young children. The convenient location also allowed us to easily explore other historic places in Vienna.

My wife says that the apartments could benefit from having some more child-friendly amenities.
